Whether you're interested in becoming a yoga teacher, advancing your personal yoga practice, or leveling up as a yoga teacher, our 2021 Pralaya Yoga 200-hour and 300-hour Advanced Training and Yoga Teacher Training Programs will guide you there.


In our programs you will train with the "yoga grandfather of Houston", Robert Boustany. Yoga Master Robert Boustany has trained yoga teachers for over 30 years, including many of the established yoga teachers in Houston, as well as numerous others worldwide.

Robert has been practicing yoga for more than 50 years, and has trained with many masters in Ashtanga Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, Himalayan Yoga, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, fascia trains, Yoga Therapy, Daoist practices, and more. Robert utilized his deep understanding of energetics, yoga and physics, along with his work with 1000's of students, to develop what has become 'Pralaya Yoga'. He continues to evolve this yoga and his studies to this day!
