I found Eliot and he had the best price and did a fantastic job. I am very pleased with them and want to share this because I had quotes from 85-100 dollars a chair and one place wanted 85 for the bottom and 85 for the top and of course you could buy a whole new set for less than that.

I was very happy with the notification process prior to the visit. As it turned out, I didn't need foundation work, but that instilled a sense of trust in me since they didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. I would use them for sure if I did. Rory was a great guy to communicate with and explained completely, what I was seeing in my house.

As a Licensed Professional Civil Engineer I truly appreciated the technical expertise and and level of feedback provided along the way to insure I was involved in the process.

Mike came out today and did a full inspection and though there are some issues in my home, he recommended to take care of the problem which was the plumbing 1st, then focus on repairing the foundation. Honestly could have tried to sell us a repair package but put the integrity to himself and his company 1st. Thank you Mike and thank you Olshan for your honesty, integrity and professionalism.

Ryan was very courteous and honest about the service needed. Highly recommend.

My 93 year old father's foundation in Stafford was showing signs of settlement issues so we asked Olshan to give us their free assessment. They sent us Mike Harder, who, even though he was about 20 minutes late, he let us know of his delay well in advance. He was very cordial and willing to answer any questions we had. After a visual inspection, Mike made a floor plan and began taking elevations in the house.

He was able to show us in detail where the problems were and his recommendation for a remedy. We ultimately decided not to have the work done due to the moderate settlement and my father's advanced age. Had it been worse, we definitely would have used Olshan since their estimate of time and cost were very reasonable.

Rory was amazing! Both professional and friendly. I felt very comfortable with him in my house. He did a great job showing me and explaining everything to look for with drainage problems. He took measurements and then explained everything so that I could understand. He wasn't pushy in getting the sales job, which I really appreciate. I thought for sure I would be rushed into making a commitment and having to start soon. His entire attitude along with his honesty will get my business.

Fabulous service! I called yesterday afternoon, had an appointment this morning with Don Ethridge to come do an inspection, he was very communicative, called this morning and had a cancellation so he was able to come out early.
