If you are considering purchasing a pre-loved investment piece, I highly recommend Vintage Contessa. I was referred to them on Insta, being able to see their items and then make an apt was seem-less. They were very accommodating and responsive. Once I visited the store and I was greeted by their friendly staff and owners. What I appreciated most was the knowledge on the item I selected and the fact I could come in touch, feel and try on the item. But most of all, the patience I was afforded as I made my decision over 3 visits. I would highly recommend them, and they have a repeat customer in me!

She answered all my questions, and I asked her to hold it for me until Thursday when I could make my way over to see it. Eugene helped me through the entire process, and was struck my his knowledge of watches. The process was never rushed, and I was in and out within 30 minutes. Their customer service is amazing, and highly recommend if you are in the market for a pre-owned, high end watch. We will definitely be back!
