Crew Fitness is for everyone: you’ll go at your own pace, but with an instructor to guide and coach you through a full-body workout. The Crew Fitness Signature uses the rowing machine and the stationary bike for cardio plus dumbbells and bodyweight movements for strength and toning. Standard classes are 45 minutes long and Express classes are 30 minutes. Classes are designed so that each person works at their own pace, choosing weights and movements that are right for them. There’s no such thing as being ahead or behind in a Crew class, and there’s no such thing as winning or losing at Crew. It’s just exercise! and it’s FUN! and it WORKS!!
