Our professional staff consists of four kind and friendly doctoral level psychologists who have been licensed for over 20 years. Our founder and director, psychologist Chuck Gray, Ph.D., has specialized in marriage counseling, counseling for affairs, dating counseling, premarital counseling, and other adult relationship issues in Houston since 1987. Such psychological relationship issues have comprised over 90% of his full-time practice throughout his career. He has taught marriage counseling to other psychologists, both individually and through Texas Psychological Association workshops. He served for seven years on the executive committee for the Houston Psychological Association, where he was given a President's Award. He was featured in an article by the American Psychological Association. Dr. Gray has served as a psychological expert for much of the Houston, Texas media.

All other associates in the clinic are psychologists who are marriage and couples counseling experts personally hand-picked by Dr. Gray as the best in the Houston area. Deborah Kagan, Ph.D. is a psychologist who specializes in counseling seniors. Drs. Ken and Karen Waldman are psychologists who are in the final stages of writing a book on marriage and couples counseling and have taught marriage and couples counseling seminars for the Texas Psychological Association. They have also helped train others to become psychologists here in Houston. Ken Waldman, Ph.D. came to our clinic after serving as the director of the counseling center at the University of Houston. He currently specializes in marriage and couples counseling. Karen Waldman, Ph.D. came to our clinic from the Houston V.A. Hospital. She specializes in marriage and couples counseling. She has trained other psychologists and taught hundreds of psychological seminars.
