ACE Training Institute has selected a highly professional team with extensive workforce educational skills.

This is a comprehensive course designed to teach students the skills and abilities essential to the provision of basic care to patients and residents in hospitals and long term care facilities. The student will learn how to administer First Aid, perform CPR, check vital signs, and many other essential skills required to be licensed as a C.N.A. In order to be licensed, students must take the Texas Nurse Aide exam ($125-not included in the tuition). The written exam may be taken in English or Spanish and the skills will be performed in English as requested by an examiner.

The total cost is $900.00, you may pay $300 to start and the rest may be made in payments. This includes the application fee, tuition, detailed PowerPoint presentation slides, and criminal background check. Optional textbook and state exam ($125.00 exam fee paid to PROMETRIC) are not included.

Class days are Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 9 am to 2 pm for five weeks. No evening/weekend classes.

You may choose to come in person or enjoy the live class via Zoom (60 hours).

Must attend 40 clinical hours in person. Clinical schedule will be set once the class begins but usually take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7 am to 2 pm throughout the 5 weeks.

-Have 8th grade/High school education or pass the school's placement exam

This course includes the development of knowledge and skills related to many commonly prescribed medications. Students will learn the classification, side effects, techniques, and administration, including preparation and accurate distribution of medications. Upon successful completion of this program, students will be able to take the Texas certification examination for Medication Aide (included in the tuition).

Classes are available from 9 am to 1 pm in person or via Zoom. Class days are three days a week (Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays) for ten weeks.

The new promotional total cost is now $1075.00. You may pay $300 to start and the rest may be made in payments. This includes your access to the e-book, tuition, and state exam.

-Be free of communicable diseases and in suitable physical and emotional health to safely administer medications.

-Be a graduate of a high school or have a general equivalency diploma (Marque Diploma not accepted)

-Be currently employed in a long-term care facility (Nursing home, group home or assisted living ONLY. Home health agencies, hospitals, detention centers, prison, and private duty will NOT be accepted) for at least 90 days as a nurse aide or non-licensed direct care staff person on the first official day of an applicant’s medication aide training program or have been employed in a facility as a certified nurse aide on the first official day of an applicant’s medication aide training program.
