The hotel was nice and the staff are very helpful. I did have an issue at check in though. I booked a king bed three weeks before my trip and it was not available upon checkin, so I was placed in a room with two queens. Also my room was a bit dirty. There was long black hair in the shower and in the carpet.

The staff was great, overall we had a fantastic time. But the credit card machine was down, and that caused a lot of problems for us in terms of charging food/drinks to our room for example, and locked us out of our room on our second day there. We will definitely be back, and hope these things aren't problems next time.

The staff and amenities were great. Very good food along with an amazing lazy river. Overall the hotel staff made my wife and I feel very welcomed for our anniversary trip. They even gave us a complimentary bottle of champagne and a charcuterie board surprise in our room. Great hotel and couldn’t say more about the staff!
