Homer Albarran: Definitivamente una de las personas de recepción más amables que he conocido en un hotel. Me quedé dormido y llegué tarde a la salida y él no se molestó ni empezó a gritar como lo hacen la mayoría de los hoteles. Aaron Diaz: Me encantó todo acerca de este hotel, la recepcionista fue amable y profesional, la habitación muy bonita y limpia. Habitación grande. Estaban pintando cuando llegué por primera vez. Se ve bien.Cuando entré por primera vez solicité King Regular, el espacio es agradable. Mi madre tenía mucho espacio en Full Suit para trabajar en la habitación. Había 2 televisores. Definitivamente regresaré a este lugar.

Esta ubicación es excelente, el servicio al cliente desde la recepción fue bueno, la atención, la limpieza, pero lo más importante, ¡el hotel más seguro en el que he estado! Tracy Adams: Me encanta este hotel, seguro y protegido. La propiedad está bien mantenida e incluso ofrece un mirador con 2 barbacoas. Nunca me alojaré en ningún otro hotel ahora que encontré esta joya. Venimos a la ciudad dos veces al año por un negocio de fuegos artificiales. Me alegro mucho de haber encontrado un excelente lugar para quedarnos. El personal es amable y muy eficiente. Incluso ofrecen un excelente desayuno completo con gofres que parecen Texas LOL. ¡¡Si pudiera darles más estrellas lo haría!! ¡Gracias por una estancia absolutamente estupenda a un precio realmente razonable!Habitaciones: Las habitaciones son bonitas y limpias, TV grande y la ducha más fresca que he visto en mi vida.Seguridad: Nos quedamos aquí dos veces al año durante 3 semanas seguidas. Nunca ha habido un problema con ningún problema de seguridad para ella. Gran lugar para quedarse.
J Andriolo: Encontré una habitación más cercana a mi dentista en el área. Es posible que pague más por una habitación, pero mi habitación estaba bien equipada, era tranquila y tenía más comodidades que una habitación que había reservado en un motel posterior al resort. Esta habitación tenía un colchón muy cómodo e incluso un microondas y una nevera. Por el precio, estaba limpio y el personal es increíble ayudándote y brindándote la atención que mereces.
James McAlpin: Me quedé en la habitación 212. Como cristiano, me decepcionó que no hubiera ninguna Biblia de Gedeón en el cajón, como encuentro en la mayoría de los hoteles. La pantalla del televisor tenía 2 grandes barras blancas a lo largo de la pantalla. Cuando tiré del papel higiénico, todo el conjunto se desprendió de la pared ya que el metal parecía suelto. A última hora de la noche, alguien llamó repetidamente con fuerza a una puerta. La ubicación no estaba en una zona muy bonita, pero tampoco parecía estar en una zona mala. El desayuno no estaba caliente, pero conseguí un plátano, una barra de granola, zumo de naranja, café, etc. En el lado positivo, me gustó la habitación en sí. El aire acondicionado funcionó muy bien. La cama era muy cómoda. La habitación estaba muy limpia. El inodoro funcionaba bien y me gustó mucho la ducha con un gran cabezal de ducha fijo. Había restaurantes adecuados en la zona. Sólo estuve allí una noche. Si tuviera un televisor que funcionara, definitivamente consideraría quedarme allí nuevamente.
